    A 24/7 fully-equipped Gym with interactive PAVIGYM flooring and a Swimming pool are available for our guests.

    Is internet access provided?

    Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel.

    The check-in time is from 2pm.

    What is the check-out time?

    The check-out time is by 12pm. Should you wish to request for a late check out, please contact a member of the Reservations Team, who will be happy to assist.

    There are many dining options nearby the hotel. At the hotel's door step is Nankin Street, where you can find the hippest bars and restaurants. One road away is Hong Lim Food Centre, for those looking to indulge in authentic local flavours.

    Yes, laundry services are provided and are chargeable. We also have a 24/7 laundry room with washer & dryer machines available for the use of our guests.

    What are the type of beds provided?

    We have rooms with a King Bed (200x180cm) and Twin Beds (200x100cm).

    Are baby cots and extra beds available?

    Baby cots and extra beds (at additional charge) are available.

    Are newspapers provided?

    We provide digital newspapers which you can view on your phone.

    Are the residences handicap-friendly?

    Yes, the hotel has wheelchair accessible rooms and there is ample space in the hotel for wheelchair mobility. Our highly-trained staff will be delighted to assist guests in wheelchairs.

    Is airport shuttle service provided?

    We do not provide a shuttle service to the airport. However, we will be able to arrange a Limousine or Taxi service, upon request (charges apply).
